Domestically Greenleaf focuses on location, timing and structure when acquiring properties. This process includes monitoring population growth, economic development, government policies in relation to rezoning, infrastructure development and land released to identify those areas which exhibit favourable trends in demand and supply for any particular property investment.

Our investment process includes a review including legal, tax, financial and physical assessment reports being undertaken by specialist advisers. These reports are then submitted to the Greenleaf Board for approval.
