Greenleaf is an independent property development, management and advisory business that is based in Singapore. The business occupies the private equity, value add and opportunistic investment market. The Group was established in 2001 in Australia and has since that time undertaken a number of assignments for clients including Coles Myer, Babcock & Brown, Prime Life, Multiplex and the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority. Roles have included restructuring, development and project management, capital raising and general debt and property advisory work.
The Group has also been involved in multi-million dollar transactions in structuring, private equity raising, funds management and development for its in house funds that have included investment vehicles in Australia, UK and Europe in the following sectors:
Directors and staff have had previous executive level institutional experience in funds management, development and project origination, capital transactions, equity and debt origination and asset management in commercial and residential markets.
